NWT Express Mod Style Open Back Dress

I love this dress.... the colors, pattern and style are really cool. Retro/MOD vibe. This size just doesn't fit me. Sigh. Size 6, brand new with tags. Very pretty print with open back detail and back zipper. Measurements: Laying flat from armpit to armpit = 16.5" From top of shoulder to bottom of hem = 32.5" Sleeve from armpit to wrist = 16"
