New with tags Express faux wrap romper. Black base with red and white rose petal pattern. V-neck line with eyelet closure in back. Poly chiffon material and polyester lining inside. Elastic band at wrist. Sleeve length hits above wrist and bottom length hits mid thigh. Never worn and in excellent condition. Size XS.
