NWT Express Tweed Skirt, Size 10

This beautiful skirt is a grey and white tweed on a black background. It has two 8” bottom pleats on front and back. The bottom of the skirt is trimmed in a black scalloped lace with black beading. The skirt is completely lined. The inside waistband is outlined in a rose colored lace. There is a 6” invisible zipper with hook and eye. Fabric is wool, rayon and nylon blend. Skirt falls below the knee and flares out on bottom. Measurements are length 23” and waistband approximately 31”.
