Brand new w tag. Have small flaws, pls read description. Measurements ( approx. ) one side, while item is laying flat on surface - NOT stretched. Bust (armpit to armpit): 18" Length: 23-23.5" not incl collar Sleeve: 22.5-23" ADDITIONAL INFO: Thin cotton fabric. Ruffles in front. Button closure. Extra button included. New w tag.
