NWT - FOREVER 21 Tie-Waist Halter Maxi Dress

A woven maxi dress featuring a halter neckline in a pretty Copper color. It has a self-tie closure, layered construction, concealed snap button-front closures, front patch pockets, self-tie waist closure, open back, and column silhouette. I personally would wear this differently. I would tie the neck up like a true halter top and then the “drop-waist” would hit at your natural waist instead. I would blouse it a little and layer it instead of wearing it with nothing under it. For Fall / Winter, I would do a black turtleneck with black tights or different versions of that.
