I feel this skirt could also easily be worn as a dress! Wider (3" approx) smocked waistband with great elasticity (I couldn't stretch and take the photo at the same time, but this easily stretches up to a 40" waist) A-line shaped skirt No fastening, skirt is pull on style only. Skirt is lined in a lightweight 100% woven rayon. Main fabric is 100% cotton Hand wash This skirt is completely new, with original tag. Skirt is just a little creased as it has been in a box.
