Purchased these through VICI. Wanted to wear these for a friend’s Barbie party but chose others. These are new, no marks or scratches. There is a small water drop on the top of one of the boots. It was from laying them down on the bathroom counter. Should come out easily. These are also really stretchy and comfy!
