NWT Festival Fit and Flare Dress Large

I bought this dress for a pinup shoot but it's too big. The tag says size "8/Large". Sucrefas size chart says that is a 37" bust and 29" waist. In my opinion, this dress is a 10/12. The bust is semi accurate (I'd say 37-40") but the waist is definitely larger than 29". 32-34" maybe. 95% Polyester 5% Spandex. **I offer larger discounts for multiple-item purchases!
