NWT, Floral Bare/Cold Shoulder Dress

Pretty new with tags, Dress by Simi sue features, a floral, pink and light blue, print over a navy background with button closure at the peekaboo, beaded collar (dress could probably be worn backwards for a cute reveal at the back, your style choice). Beading travels from collar to arm area, cut out, "cold shoulder" sleeve, design revealing bare shoulders, then flares out creating a subtle, bell sleeve.100 % Rayon, size medium.
