💕 NWT Floral Frilly Top

NWT (new in package, brand does not come with attached tags) Floral printed short sleeve top with ruffled sleeves and a flared out bottom. Base is a light cream with bright coral orange and deep magenta pink flowers. Has tan and deep green leaves throughout too. Bottom hem flares out and away from body. Very soft and stretchy almost “legging” material.
