NWT Floral Off-The-Shoulder Dress

Off the shoulder, long sleeve, floral dress from Charlotte Russe. This dress has two layers- a thicker white layer underneath and the top layer white (almost sheer) with the pink floral pattern. Ruffled bell sleeves. Medium. 100% polyester. Some spots on the seams are starting to fray, as pictured above in picture #7. Nothing severe, nothing is worse than what is pictured. Great condition otherwise!! And fits very well & flattering. NWT!
