NWT Floral Romper

NWT lightweight floral print surplice neck romper. Tie waist, back zipper, back tie, low cut v, beautiful print. Size medium, true to size. I loved this romper but the shorts were barely too short for me. I’m 5’6” and would have liked them to be just in inch or two longer. Brand: Row A from Nordstrom rack. Polyester and the shorts are lined.
