Black capri with buttons on side of leg at bottom hem, elastic waistband gathering on sides with button and zipper front, two side slit pockets in the front, the flaps on the back are decoration only. Measure 15 1/2" across at waist, rise is 10", inseam is 14 1/2". 95% cotton - 5% spandex.
