ajillianbucks @viridescent Hello! I’m out of town at the moment and won’t be back until late tomorrow night, but I can measure the dress then! I think it’s about 16” at the bust and 13” at the waist when measured flat, but I’ll confirm! It’s form fitting but there is some stretch to the fabric. I had a 36” bust and 26” waist when I bought this dress.

ajillianbucks @viridescent Yes! It’s 3% spandex. I’d give it a 2/3 stretch factor. There’s a detachable black slip inside that I’d give a 1/3 stretch factor.
