kdawn27 Does the tag say 6 I know a lot of items at forever 21 are S M L so I'm just trying to figure out how it would fit, also do you think this is long enough for a formal dinner party?

sangelia @kdawn27 hi, the tag is Medium. Since it's 31" it would be above the knee kind of dress :) I would definitely wear it for a formal dinner. It would look cute with a pair of heels!
