NWT Forever 21 nude knobby texture dress

Brand New with tags! This gorgeous 3/4 length dress is fitted and flattering. It has a soft knobby texture that I tried to capture in photos and just a few sequins in there to occasionally catch the light. It is a form fitting poly/spandex blend and is fully lined. The back has a lower cut as shown in the pics. This dress is lovely!
