NWT Forever 21 peasant dress with ruffle detail 1X

This pretty peasant dresss has a universally flattering v-neck with sheer type of fabric overlay in a charming floral. The PTP is 22”. The length is around 36”. There is a ruffle detail at the waist and sleeves we in a contrasting dark red calico. The fabricc content is lightweight and consists of super easy-care 100% polyester. The shell is a more sheer type of over lay over a black polyester slip that lines the entire dress except for the sleeves which are left sheer. Very sweet and attractive dress.
