cindy_o1971 @lokelani50 I just noticed when packaging your order there is a small blemish on the wallet near the zipper. It can be seen in the pictures. I got most of it off but it still shows. I will put 5.00 in the wallet when I mail it to you if you still want it or if you wish, you can cancel your order. I apologize for this as I did not see this until I was packaging it for you to be shipped out tomorrow. Please let me know asap.

cindy_o1971 @lokelani50 the 8th pic down. it's the back of the wallet where there's a zipper. it's above that zipper pocket on the next zipper up. I got most of it off and it's barely visible now. I have it packaged and ready. I need to know if u still want it or not. I apologize. I didn't see it when I took pics.

lokelani50 Cindy - I received the Fossil wristlet today. That is more than just a blemish; that is a very noticeable stain.. If you think that you got most of it off, I can't imagine what it looked like before that.. and it is more than "barely visible"' it is very noticeable! And seeing as you didn't include the 5 you said above that you would include in the wallet, I would say you are dishonest. I am going to open a case & return this damaged wallet back to you.

You seen the picture that was posted and told me to go ahead and send it after you seen the picture so you accepted the wallet with the stain. lokelani50 So, now you admit it is indeed a "STAIN", not a blemish. You told me it was a blemish; it is more noticeable than that. It does not show in your pictures and you said you had removed most of it and it is "barely visible". That is Not true. And I took you at your word about the 5. No, the stain is very visible and this is not acceptable as a gift.. or even for myself. I wish to return it.

lokelani50 I'm not arguing with you.. I have already oened a case. You lied about the 5 and even if you had sent it, like you had said you were going to, I would still refuse to keep this stained wallet. It's not a blemish, it's a stain. And I had already paid for it before you even mentioned a "blemish". It's a noticeable stain! You can have it back..Enough!

cindy_o1971 @lokelani50 hey, I offered to cancel your order and told u it was in the 8th picture and you were the one who said go ahead and send it. I already gave u a 6.00 discount on it to begin with. Open your case and a third party can decide. You accepted the wallet after seeing the picture and being told it had a blemish on it. Sounds pretty cut and dry to me.
