NWT Francesca's Trixxi dress, size L

NWT square neck, sleeveless dress from Francesca's, Trixxi brand, size large. Navy blue textured fabric with ruffled, layered skirt and matching belt. Zipper closure on back. New, never worn. Thread belt loop is a little frayed on one side as shown in last photo. No flaws noted in the dress itself.
