NWT Frankie B. low rise cutoff denim shorts

NWT Frankie B low rise cutoff denim shorts Brand new with tags. These were purchased from Cocoa Beach Surf Company in Cocoa Beach, Florida. However, it looks like someone may have removed one of the tags because there is no information about the size or care for the garment. The waist measures approximately 15.5" laying flat but they fit like a 27 that is very snug, our size 28 model couldn't get them over her legs. Very high quality, heavy weight denim. They have a little stretch but they feel like mostly cotton. These are really cute and stylish Frankie B shorts!
