Jill, if you're talking about the bottom - in the ribbing - then yes, there are two small faint scratches. The one on the right is barely there; the one in the middle covers 4-5 ribs and could be covered by a Sharpie. There's a little wear on the wheels/braces, too. This was a gift to me and I never used it, but it did sit in my closet for years and got moved around a lot. It's never been taken out of my house. Glad to entertain more questions/offer. And I can send updated pix if desired.

Hello! Sorry for the delay - I was traveling yesterday all day. I don't have a clue but probably after 2015 ... not sure if that helps at all. I got it as a gift but have never used it, and it's hard to say how long it sat in my closet! Sorry i can't help more!
