NWT Free People Blouse

This adorable Free People blouse is made of rayon. This red and blue blouse is beautifully constructed with a high-necked collar that buttons in the back. It is accented with v-shaped slits in both front and back (about 7 inches from the bottom of the collar to chest). Pit to pit measures 21 inches. Size extra-small, this is new with tags and comes from a smoke-free environment.
