NWT Free People James Chelsea Leather Boot in EU Size 39

This is a brand new with tag item, in box. These boots are leather in a creamy white with black accent. These are size 39 which is an 8.5 or 9 in US size. I tried them on and they fit me snugly. I am a true size 9 with a slender foot. I would say these are an 8.5. These are leather so they should stretch a bit with wear. If you are in between sizes, you may want to size up.
