This dress is NWT and so cute. It has a tie back that makes it adjustable for a cinched waist fit. The neck line is sexy and very low. This dress can be dressed up with heels or down with flats. It also has pockets! The sleeves are not quite full length and are bell-sleeve style. This is a great summer dress! Size XS. This is a short dress, it will hit above the knee.
