bthompson1228 Is the elastic stilll in new condition not stretched out? I asked this because I bought another pair from someone else they were supposedly new and they were smalls and they were huge because the elastic was all stretched out. I have a pair in my home size small and they fit perfectly.

_poshpicks_ @bthompson1228 These are brand new and have only been tried on once. The elastic is not stretched out, but they are definitely oversized. According to the Free People website, the size small is listed with a 32-inch waist and 40.5-inch hips.

bthompson1228 @_poshpicks_ mine are the black ones but maybe they run differently but they’re size small and they fit me fine but you know how free people is sometimes different colors fit differently. ugg not sure what to do

I’m gonna think on this because they have gone on sale and by the time I pay the shipping and the tax I’m paying just as much at the store I can return so I have to think on it. I do prefer this color but I don’t like the idea that I can’t return so I may have to stick with the Rye colorand return if i don’t like and then reconsider yours
