NWT- Free People sleeveless cut out turtleneck

Light weight white fabric. Button closure loose turtle neck. Cut out on the sides. Size XS, seems to run large. For reference, I am 5’10, 34D, XS/S top size and this is a bit baggy for my liking on me. There are tiny tiny little specks (last picture). The pictures ones are on the front near the bottom and there is one a little further up. I can’t tell if it’s part of the thread or the tiniest stains. You cannot see them unless you are really inspecting up close.
