NWT French Connection Poplin maxi dress, black puff sleeve dress size large

NWT French connection, puff sleeve dress with pockets size large. Black in color V-neck at the waist line is flat, but in the back there is elastic for some stretch. The puff sleeve has elastic inside. Beautiful dress unfortunately it doesn’t fit. This dress would fit a medium to a smaller large . No stretch other than back panel on waist. 100% cotton. PTP is 20”length 51”
