NWT French Connection blue tiered maxi dress size XS

This stunning French Connection dress is new with tags. It’s a peasant-style tiered and colorblocked dress with 3/4 sleeves that have a cinched bell style. The top portion of the dress is a light sky blue and the bottom is navy, and it's 100% cotton. It’s a size extra small, but clearly the silhouette is very voluminous.
