NWT Front Tie Blouse Long Sleeve

I never buy Forever 21 clothing anymore but this top is actually really good quality. Made of a silky material that’s soft and not itchy at all. There’s two front ties, one at the top and one at the bottom. The sleeves are a little loose fitting and cuff loosely at the end of the sleeve. Great for a night out or a casual fit with jeans. Size small, tags still on!
