NWT - GAP tie-waist midi skirt tall length

This is a 4 Tall GAP slub tie-waist midi skirt in off-white. It is fully lined. The shirring at the waistband adds fullness throughout the skirt. There is an invisible zipper with a hook-and-eye closure at back. The shell is 100% rayon and the lining is 100% cotton. Machine wash cold, line dry. New with tags.
