christinasawall Hi @tattooedbyrd! The jeans do roll down. The material is 87% Cotton / 12% Polyester / 1% Spandex. They do have some stretch but I feel it is just the right amount of give :) The polyester also helps give a little bit of stretch but at the same time it helps it keep its shape. Hope this helps!
