NWT Gap Smocked Cap Sleeve Dress - XS

Purchased online this season from Gap.com and didn't fit me (too big, runs big like most Gap clothing). 100% polyester, Soft crinkle weave, lining with stretch, Cap sleeves with smocked shoulders Round neckline and Smocked waist. Straight through the chest with a banded waist with smocked waist / Slightly flared skirt hits at mid thigh. Measurements upon request. (Model in 1st pic in plum print is 5'9.5"/177 cm, bust 32.5"/83 cm, waist 24.5"/62 cm, 35.5"/90 cm, wearing a regular Gap size S)
