NWT Gathre Mat, Vegan Leather, Double-Sided, Mini Size (Dawn/Camel Color)

This is a beautiful, versatile mat from the brand Gathre that is wipeable and water-resistant -- perfect for placing under a high chair for easy cleanup after meals. You can also take it outdoors to use as a seating surface, sort of like a (small) picnic mat. It measures 38 x 38 inches square. Or you can use it for tummy time. It's made of vegan leather and is a completely vegan product, with no animal byproducts. Since these mats are intended for use by young children, it's also free of toxins, including PVC, phthalates, and lead. Gathre is an upscale brand and its mats have a premium look and feel. The color of this one is "dawn/camel, "which is a very light blue on one side and a tan/dark beige on the other side. The blue is so light you can see the texture. The tan side has a sewn-in strap that you can use to hang the mat -- after wiping it down, for example. There is an embossed "Gathre" logo on the blue side of the mat. The mat folds for easy storage and transportation. It will ship in its original box. It was purchased directly from Gathre.com for $79. To clean, simply wipe with a damp paper towel/rag. NOTE: This product is NWT, but does have some wrinkles because it is stored folded up in a box. Gathre says the wrinkles will release over time. Also, there's a small amount of minimal fraying on the edges (see photos). This happens to all Gathre mats because the edges are raw, not stitched under. Overall, this is a very useful product, especially if you have kids!
