NWT Gianni Bini skirt 100% cotton size 12

Sweet skirt that has always been too small for me. Beautiful white and blue overlay with a silky slip underneath. White ribbon threaded through the top. Thin, white rough edged hem. Originally a $128 skirt! Marked down to 64 when I bought it. A shame for me, a good find for you!
