NWT Gingham Madewell Tank

Never worn, super cute ruffly tank made from a black and white check gingham. The fit is loose and has a sweet little ruffle at the bottom for movement. I bought a 6 and should have bought an 8- It just fits a bit too tight for me (I usually order a 6 or a small in tops from Madewell). I think it fits more like a 4. New with tags, purchased summer 2020.
