csnurse56 @michelle_vee this coat was selling at Bloomingdales for $200.00 and retail price is $225. But i bought it on a clearance sale for $60.00 plus shipping. I am selling for what i paid for it which is obviously very fair. The pants you liked are retail $685.00 and are gorgeous! I have marked things down in my closet several times. I tend to do this pretty quickly. Im very honest and am not making anything on any of these 3 items you are interested in. I try to be very fair.
