Shown with a sash (not very visible in photos) to gather waist (sash not included). Suggest you use a sash or thin belt to get the same effect. Ruffled diagonal layers make up the swirl skirt. Has a sleeveless straight piece which is shorter on one side to create the top layer to below waist! The 8th photo shows the front bodice lining in orange that’s covered by the top chiffon layer.
