NWT! Gorgeous Navy One Shoulder Dress

Sweet little navy blue one sleeve dress. NWT. Fully lined. Tagged Modcloth for exposure. Purchased at a little boutique in New Orleans. Perfect for spring, weddings, sorority events, date night- you name it! Fits 0-6 well. I'm 5'3 and 130 lbs and I'm modelling in the first pic. It's a little tight on me but I can stoop down comfortably, ect. Top of shoulder to hem is 33 in. Flowing design. Waist is 18 in flat, hips are 19 in flat.
