NWT Gray Pinstripe Blazer size 12

Comfy stylish dark gray blazer with cute pinstripe, sash belt and detail along the lapel and collar (not sure if this would be called pleated?). 64% polyester, 34% rayon, 2% spandex. Lining: polyester. The tag says "2 piece suit," but I didn't buy pants with this 🤔 IDK I got this at Burlington, so maybe they got lost 😩 There is a blemish on the back, like a run? You can see it, but I really don't think it's noticeable. Measured flat across, approximately- PTP: 20 inches Waist: 19" Hips: 21" Length: 24" Sleeve length: 24"
