Wrinkles intended! This bohemian/gypsy style skirt is fun and eclectic. The hem has daggers and the skirt is detailed with lace and ribbon. The waist has elastic for comfort. The photo makes it look as though the hem is darker, that is just a shadow. I have one left: size 1 has a waist measurement of 27.5" and stretches to a maximum of 36". Color is medium brown.
