Vintage 40s styling (midriff panel al la 30s & 40s dresses), bright red and blue floral print (chrysanthemums, marigolds, carnations?), V neck, shortsleeve, midi - below the knee, with an asymmetrical hem line and ruffle (front and back). Perfect for the summer. Mint condition - I bought it in the last seconds of being an 8 :p Happy to answer any questions.
