NWT H&M Fit and Flare Black Textured Dress

Fit and flare dress by H&M. It has a textured black pattern all along the dress and a more simple matte black fabric along the neckline. Exposed zipper on the back. It says it's a size 4 but the waist is VERY small and would work better for a size 0. My mannequin is a size 2 and the zipper would not go up. It is too small for me 😭 so it has never been worn *Offers very welcome*
