sannie07 @tiffk2900 I feel like they run true to size. My daughter wore a newborn size set like this in the hospital when she was born, and it fit well. She runs pretty TTS in like Carter's, so I'd say the sizing is comparable. The reason it has "adjustable" sizing is the second set of crotch snaps and cuffed sleeves/legs. Hope that helps!
