NWT H&M White Short Sleeve Blouse w/ Fringes Sz XS

This new with tags short sleeved white blouse has never been worn. The sleeves are somewhat see-through because of the lace; however, the torso of the shirt has a layer under the lace (see last picture). The lace design are flowers. The bottom of the shirt has hanging fringes. Measurements: •Size XS •Chest Flat Across– 14 inches •Length of Shirt (including fringes)– 20 inches •Length of Shirt (without fringes)– 15 inches
