lisaanh What are the chest and waist measurements flat?

cleaningclosetx @lisaanh laying flat: 15” for the chest. I measured from the side zipper to the opposite seam. 17.5” for the waist which I measured from the side zipper to the opposite side of the seam. Measures are approximate. The chest/bust area is cinched and has some elasticity although the size zipper of the dress puts a limit to how far of a stretch. The amount of stretch is pretty good though IMO. The rest of the dress is flowy. It fits true to size but I’m a bit wider in the chest.
