NWT! H&M v-neck dress w/tie

Purchased new and still with tags. This is a flowy, soft, feminine V-neck dress by H&M with a relaxed waist tie. The sleeves are relaxed too, with a bit of ruffle. The inside dress is lined. Measures 30” pit to pit and 39” from shoulder to hem. The background is off-white/cream, and the floral/paisley pattern is navy blue. There are a few buttons to keep the bodice closed. The inside lining is very soft and the tie can be removed (for a different look and even look cute with a different belt). My closet is a smoke free home.
