NWT Halogen Black shirt with sequin detailing

NWT Halogen Black shirt with sequin detailing - brand new with tags! Never worn. I bought it from Nordstrom on sale and have just never worn it. The sequins are like a matte black even though they look shiny in the photos. Size small - sequins only on the front of the shirt. Let me know if you have any questions! 😊
