NWT Halogen GORGEOUS blue, black, and white hydrangea dress, LONG SHEER SLEEVES

I picked out this Halogen dress at Nordstrom because I love hydrangeas, and I love gathered sleeves and wrap-style skirts, and this had everything I wanted…except a day that felt right to wear it!
