NWT Halogen women’s blue sequin skirt

Beautiful! Purchased brand new from another seller to use for a photoshoot was only worn for an hour. Comes with original tags. Some sequins have loose threads around the waistband. In my opinion it’s hardly noticeable when worn. This is an easy fix if you sew. If not it’s really not noticeable when worn especially if you wear a shirt over the waist. Any questions please ask!
