NWT Halter maxi dress by Oohlala in size small

New with tags, maxi halter dress by Oglala in size small. It has a floral design. I don’t know if I have shown this dress correctly but you can see how it would be, it also has two ties with a tassel on the end. You can see the tassel in picture #1. In other pictures you can see where thy are attached at the top. This would be great for a summer party or night out or island vacation. I have shown the attached tags.
